Cold heading wire is a high-precision wire specifically designed for on-site cold heading processing. Leveraging the core advantages of cold heading technology, it is made from high-quality raw materials and processed through multiple rigorous processes including precision drawing, spheroidizing annealing, and surface treatment. It avoids the pain points of traditional wire processing, such as cracking, large dimensional deviations, and high die wear. It is suitable for various on-site cold heading forming needs, balancing efficiency and quality, making it the preferred consumable for on-site processing in machinery manufacturing, construction engineering, and automotive parts industries.

It combines excellent cold heading formability with low processing stress. During cold forging, it achieves good plastic deformation, reducing the likelihood of defects such as cracks and dents, effectively lowering die wear rates and improving on-site processing efficiency. The surface undergoes professional treatment (oxalic acid film, phosphating, etc.), resulting in uniform lubrication and high smoothness. It can be directly used for cold heading on-site without additional pretreatment, saving processing time. At the same time, through strict component control and process optimization, an ultra-fine grain structure is achieved, improving the tensile strength and corrosion resistance of the wire.
