AZ55 aluminum zinc plated steel coil is coated with 55% aluminum zinc alloy by hot dip plating process. It has excellent corrosion resistance and can be used in various applications, such as the automotive industry, shipbuilding industry, construction industry, etc. In addition to being an excellent outdoor material, AZ55 aluminized zinc steel coil also has many other advantages. For example, it can be used for electrical equipment manufacturing or decoration, such as fences. In addition to these uses, this steel can also be used in various industrial applications because of its good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Galvanized zinc coil is based on cold-rolled steel plate, which is solidified by 55% aluminum, 43.4 zinc and 1.6 silicon at 600 ℃. It combines the physical protection and high durability of aluminum with the electrochemical protection of zinc. Also known as aluminized zinc steel coil.
Type 201 stainless steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese stainless steel, which is developed to save nickel. Type 201 is a low-cost alternative to traditional Cr-Ni stainless steels such as 301 and 304. The nickel is replaced by added manganese and nitrogen. It cannot be hardened by heat treatment, but can reach high tensile strength by cold working. Type 201 is essentially non-magnetic in the annealed condition and becomes magnetic upon cold working. In many applications, the 201 type may replace the 301 type.
Aluminum bronze sheet is a high-strength copper alloy sheet made with copper as the base and alloying elements such as aluminum, iron, nickel, and manganese. It possesses excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance, making it a key structural material for heavy-duty and corrosive industrial applications. The product features high strength, moderate hardness, good plasticity, and spark-free impact resistance. It exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, salt spray, atmospheric conditions, and various weak acid media, while also possessing excellent cold and hot working and welding properties.
Like other materials, the physical properties of stainless steel strip primarily encompass the following three aspects: thermodynamic properties such as melting point, specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, and linear expansion coefficient; electromagnetic properties such as resistivity, conductivity, and magnetic permeability; and mechanical properties such as Young's modulus and stiffness coefficient.
